Upgraded and great hotel, staff always exceptionally nice! Excellent food for all meals. Warm and well laid out rooms available with twin beds, the bathroom plus the shower.

Fairly clean, good budget hotel, I truly enjoyed spotlessly clean and compact rooms and VERY POLITE staff.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay on a Saturday night. Our rooms at this place were neat with twin beds.

Overall great stay on a Saturday night. Everything was good, this hotel had courteous staff and awesome location. The staff was pleasant and efficient, whenever I needed help. I enjoyed convenient placing of a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and a TV set in the double room. I found the property's location magnificent and unbeatable, just next door to the restaurants, shops, tube.

great value but needs minor improvements
The rooms were spacious enough for two, allowing fresh air circulation which I appreciated. The reception staff displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay.
Some bathrooms lacked privacy due to their design.

it was close to Earls Court and did a full English breakfast. It also had on site parking which was very useful
The rooms were a bit dated, they did not give shampoo etc. or hand towels or bath mats, only a bath towel. Otherwise ok

fantastic access to top parks and museums for city strolls
I loved how we were just a 30-minute stroll from Buckingham Palace and the beautiful greenery of Hyde Park were nice. Even with a few inconveniences known from other reviews, I cherished the vibe in this bustling area that invites exploration.

It is really cheap if compared with other hotels in London.there's a tube stop that can be reached on foot.receptionists are kind and ready to help you.
the rooms are overly little.(I don't even know how it's possible to tidy up the bed)also bathrooms are extremely little, particularly the wash basin which is inconvenient even for brushing teeth.the tube stop is really next to hotel but actually it's out from the well-connected area of the city (which is the 1st of the 6 areas served by the tube).

Central and near the Earls Court.
Not really clean, works in progress in the corridor, noisy..

The Hotel Lily offers a practical stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, ideal for short visits. Breakfast is decent, but the room size can feel cramped, especially in warm weather due to limited ventilation. The good location compensates for its few downsides.

The room was warm
The location is very noisy. You have to have the window open due to the heat. The bedside light was held together with masking tape and was a safety hazars
